All camps will be held in Swisher Gymnasium on the campus of Jacksonville University. Camp registration will take place in the Swisher Lobby. This is the home of Jacksonville Volleyball for all practices and competitions.
All camps will be coached by the Jacksonville University coaching staff, some players, and occasionally we will bring in outside coaches who either have collegiate coaching or playing experience.
While it is not mandatory for parents/guardians to stay, parents are welcome to stay and watch sessions. We just kindly ask everyone not participating to stay off the gym floor during skill sessions.
Yes! We will have an athletic trainer available for each of our camps.
Certain camps will have lunch provided, please check each camp description to confirm. If there are any dietary restriction please let Peter Manguiat know. Food options change daily as they are made in the campus dining hall. Snacks will also available for purchase (cash only).
Yes! We will have a camp store running every day with lots of JU volleyball, Nike apparel, and shoes.
Walkup registration is available if the camp is not full. We cannot guarantee spots for any walkup registration.
There is a $50 processing fee to cancel camp registration if it is done 2 weeks or more before the camp date. There are no refunds within 2 weeks of camp.
Yes, there is plenty of free parking available. A map with parking locations will be sent out to the email used at registration closer to the first day of camp.
Campers are provided water and Gatorade during camp hours. Campers should bring a water bottle, kneepads, volleyball/tennis shoes, athletic clothes; t-shirt, spandex, shorts, etc. Campers can also bring any snacks they need for each day.
We have partnerships with a few hotels who have discounted rates for us that are separate from camp registration. Please contact Peter Manguiat at pmangui@ju.edu for hotel information if you need one.
